Every year around mid-August it's like clockwork: I can't wait to put together a crisp black and white outfit! (See below for my 2015 and 2016 versions.) Today's look is also a "head shot" look - perfect for occasions when only your head and shoulders will be visible like the dinner table, an important meeting, or appearing on TV. A statement necklace over a white shirt makes the necklace pop and provides a frame for the literal piece of art hanging around your neck. I already have a feeling I'll be sharing another black and white "head shot" look next year. It always feels fresh!
